Tanya Vegvary Plescia is an internationally acclaimed pianist and composer. Winner of numerous awards in both performance and composition, her music has been hailed as “pushing musical boundaries” and “bringing a fire and passion to the literature”. Tanya enjoys traveling and performing around the world, and working with other musicians to create engaging new music and concerts. She founded the Sacramento Piano Conservatory to foster the development of musical talent and education and to bring collaborative learning experiences to developing musicians young and old. In her free time Tanya enjoys yoga and knitting, and playing with her blue nose pit-bull, Olga.
Lucas Bakker is a Dutch and Mexican-American composer, multi-instrumentalist, and teacher who prides himself on blending his multi-cultural heritage into his works.
From scoring films (Search and Destroy, available on Amazon Prime Video) to releasing his solo and collaborative efforts in the Neo Classical and Electronic Experimental genres where he has amassed over 2 million streams and counting across the major streaming platforms, Bakker spreads his love of music every day.
Backpacking in nature, getting lost in a good novel, and binging a solid anime are his ideas of a good time. Also, delicious food.
Kristi Scoubes is the Artistic Director at her local church, where she brings over 30 years of musical experience to her work as a conductor, pianist, vocalist, and educator. A passionate teacher of both piano and voice, Kristi previously taught at the Rocklin Music Academy and has dedicated her life to helping others discover and grow their musical talents.
Kristi studied voice under the esteemed Ken Church—himself a Juilliard scholarship recipient—and has been performing since childhood. She qualified all four years of high school to compete at the highest state level in both piano and voice, was inducted into the Music Honor Society, and was recognized as a National Dean’s List Selectee.
She currently performs with the Sacramento Choral Society and Orchestra, conducts choirs, and continues to expand her musical expertise—most recently by studying the violin. Whether performing or teaching, Kristi is driven by a deep love for music and a commitment to inspiring others through it.

She specializes in high-quality online violin and viola lessons designed to meet students where they are—no matter their age, level, or location. Her virtual studio makes professional instruction accessible, flexible, and engaging, all from the comfort of your own home.
Currently, Anne is pursuing her Master’s degree in Violin Performance at CSU Long Beach under the mentorship of renowned violinist Moni Simeonov. Alongside her performance career, she has been teaching for over 6 years, working with students of all ages—from young beginners to advancing teens and adults.
In her free-time she enjoys swimming and going to the beach, hiking, and connecting with nature! Her 3 cats also keep her company while she practice!
