Lessons are paid monthly in advance - the payment due date for the upcoming month is on the last lesson of the previous month. Missed or canceled lessons are forfeited. There is no refund or reschedule for missed or canceled lessons. If 24 hours notice of a missed lesson is given, an attempt will be made to reschedule that lesson, but a rescheduled lesson offering is not guaranteed and is offered at the discretion of the teacher. If the student cannot attend the rescheduled lesson offered times within the next 2 weeks of the original canceled lesson, the lesson is forfeited. A rescheduled lesson is not guaranteed. If the teacher misses a lesson, the lesson will be rescheduled or refunded.
